I have been working at CO-OP (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Focus on developing people, great regional manager team, commitment of staff, good support IF you know where to go for it.
Some really great aspirations of where to take the business.

    Cons

Training at lower levels is poor, external recruits don’t get enough support, disorganised. Still technologically behind, and there doesn’t always seem to be sound commercial thinking behind decisions made.

    Advice to Management

Try running a store for a week!
