    different campaigns to work on, people are great for the most part

    Very basic office, lack of resources available. considered a number on a seat for the most part. no real drive to promote within and pay is very very basic.

    Good day rate, paid breaks, decent bonus structure.

    Cons

    Communication can be very poor, some of the work is a waste of time i.e. filling in reports daily on info which may not change for months at a time.

    Unprofessional & Confrontational Managers Warrington & Didsbury contact centre B6 Didsbury highly untrustworthy - blame others for own errors. SLT allowed to harass and intimidate staff - Warrington Confrontational behaviour inexperienced SLT SLT Warrington: Lack of support, no duty of care, no empathy or compassion towards personal issues. No reward for loyalty. Promotion based on face fits culture and not scoring matrix at interview. Recruitment process encourages bias and discrimination dictated by senior leaders. Instructed not to hire people with mental health issues. Snr leaders disclose confidential personal information about colleagues in open forum HR B6 highly unprofessional Allowed to drown in an ever increasing Workload offer no support
