- Some nice people - Sports & Social club

- Pay below market rate with no intention of improving - Selective application of policies and procedures - If your face doesn't fit, you have no hope of progressing or being treated fairly. Only employees who conform to their outdated expectations are given praise and opportunity. - Expectation to work beyond working hours. I was pulled up on the fact I didn't and it 'looked bad' - Management decided on length of service rather than actual management ability - Outdated offices, culture, process and policies

CPM as a company has no equal opportunities or racial equality in place. No opportunity to progress. Stereotyping.

Say they’re much people focussed, intentions are always noble but client activity sometimes get in the way of doing the right thing. Right attitude to flexible working.

Cons

Gone from looking at people to purely focusing on sales and KPIs. Investment in people has disappeared, recently released the trainer and will try to cover training by asking others to take on more work. Short sighted view.

Pros

Apart from being able to carry out assignments relatively free from pressure imposed by your direct boss then quite simply there are not any alas. You are free to accept or decline work as and when you wish as this position is a zero hours contracted .

Cons

Simply having to chase up a badly disorganised payroll department, on at least two ocassions in the whole four months that I was employed by CPM UK, on the small matter of being short changed firstly by £100 and secondly by £50 a month later. All this followed by having to endure the privilege of waiting upto two months for my missing pay to be finally paid into my bank account!!
