      Pros

      High quality of life in work. Creative and stimulating environment between the researchers and technicians. Rare opportunity to make real technology development in Brazil, taking part in strategic projects and real innovation.

      Cons

      A lot of people in the company have that same disgusting 'old-state-owned-company' behavior. Some times I fell like in bad imitation of a Dilbert strip. It appears like if they need only tell a bureaucratically correct history in the reports to achieve the goals and forget the real targets and deliveries.

      Pros

      I thought that the average income the company pays was good until I took a glimpse at the job opportunities outside. So even the only one advantage I could mention was found as a huge disadvantage for the employee.

      Cons

      - lack of transparency from board of directors - no feedback from management - forget about career growing - There is no effort to retain talents. Unfortunately, adm works well for hiring only, but it doesn't perform any program to retain or motivate employees. - salary
