      Pros

      Good people, being able to help people, Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      No raises of any kind for anyone, in order to get a raise you have to quit and reapply, company seems to keep splitting or merging creating an uncertain environment.

      Pros

      Salary fairly competitive for area if you hired when a contract is new.

      Cons

      No raises for staff on commercial contracts for numerous years even though profits were reported to Wall-Street and executives doubled their salaries. Unethical with work practices and demands. No work life balance. I would equate working for this company to a sweat shop environment. The smart ones came in, received tuition assistance for their graduate degree and got out.

      Learned a lot during my time there.

      Cons

      No raises for a long time. Apparently this is happening to everyone except upper management.
