    Pros

Good people, being able to help people, Benefits are ok.

I worked at CSC full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Salary fairly competitive for area if you hired when a contract is new.

    Cons

No raises for staff on commercial contracts for numerous years even though profits were reported to Wall-Street and executives doubled their salaries. Unethical with work practices and demands. No work life balance. I would equate working for this company to a sweat shop environment. The smart ones came in, received tuition assistance for their graduate degree and got out.

I have been working at CSC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good company overall, a lot of potential, a lot of remote positions, decent benefits (unlimited vacation policy!), flexible hours

    Cons

No bonuses in regulatory department, no raises for the last 3-5 years (depending on title), a lot of old processes that have been unchanged since ISI days that are tough to change, no career growth (again this is specifically for regulatory department)

I worked at CSC full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Independent work environment is nice. You will very rarely hear from your CSC manager.

    Cons

Don't expect any raises ever. The last time they gave a raise was over 5 years ago. They don't even talk about no raises anymore. Most employees don't even bother with filling out yearly reviews anymore since they don't give raises. What's t he point.

I have been working at CSC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Salary is not bad compared to others

    Cons

    1. No raises for employees and only executives (I've seen that on a number of reviews) 2. The place pushes people with extra hours and little to no additional compensation 3. They can't keep their accounting down properly. 4. Very little to instill loyalty 5. HR HelpDesk is a freakn' run-around. Nobody knows and blames others for not responding.
