Hello everyone, Thankfully, we don't get many of these types of comments but when we do, we review our current operations to address any systemic problems we may not be aware of. Unfortunately, this former employee didn't provide any specifics on their experiences and the broad-brush strokes of "horrible management", "horrible work growth", "no corporate vision", and "no interaction with employees" doesn't allow for any type of clarification. I'm also not quite sure what is meant by "literally everyone has quit" as our growth has been tremendous! I can only assume this person is referencing a different CSG Solutions out there as his comments do not reflect reality within our company. However, let me take a moment to brag about our company and the very exciting things going on with us. We started 2018 with 97 teammates and finished 2018 with 197. This month (February 2019), we've broken through the 200 team member mark with 207 and are on track to 240 by summer of 2019! We have increased the amount of health insurance coverage premiums we pay which is 75% of employee and family premiums for health insurance, vision, and dental as well as LTD, STD, life, and AD&D for the employee. Please reach out to our recruiters for a more detailed list. Finally, we have recently merged with two other companies, Merlin Global and Special Operations Solutions to create AEVEX Aerospace, in order to become the recognized leader in full-spectrum airborne intelligence solutions. We take a long-term view of our relationships, partnering with our customers to rapidly identify, develop, and deliver tailored solutions for airborne intelligence requirements. Regardless of how this anonymous Glassdoor review portrays us, our culture attracts and retains elite talent who thrive in dynamic mission environments. Whether providing flight test support for a new collection aircraft; operating a high-priority deployed unmanned aircraft system; or providing post-mission collection analysis for special operators, AEVEX delivers high-end results to empower our customers for consistent mission success. With offices in Fayetteville, NC, Solana Beach, CA, and Tysons Corner, VA, AEVEX Aerospace currently employs approximately 500 intelligence professionals at more than a dozen locations around the world. Don't take an anonymous review for the truth, reach out to any one of our 500 professionals and talk with real people who love their job, are excited to be a part of AEVEX, and work hard every single day to make this world a better, safer place. Thank you for your time, Jason Jason Link Vice President & General Manager AEVEX Intelligence Solutions Business Unit jlink@aevex.com

Pros

CSG is a great place to work! The leadership is more of a hands off approach. Employees are treated as adults to do our job without being micromanaged. The team is the best I have worked with in the last 24+ years, and I can honestly say I have never been this satisfied with any job or employer. A very supportive work environment

Cons

I am relatively new, but have yet to see anything bad about the company, leadership or other team members.

Pros

This company remains relatively within the industry standards for wages and salaries even though there are no noticeable raises or bonuses.

Cons

Poor benefits, poor management, poor communication to employees, very poor benefits. HR is a joke and nearly non-existent. Company is about numbers and not retainability. Very little overhead and opportunity to grow career wise, very poor salary increases. No company culture, integrity, involvement.

It's very surprising to read a former employee's negative review of our company, especially when we work so hard to provide a positive, rewarding experience here at CSG Solutions. While everyone's specific work experience may vary (I'm not sure when this employee worked for us) I'd like to thank this former employee for bringing up these issues they faced while working here and allow me to respond with some facts about our company. "Poor benefits" - CSG offers a robust health plan with Cigna, which is at the Gold level based on ACA measurements, with CSG paying 50% of the premiums for both employee and family. We also offer dental, vision, and life insurance with MetLife and CSG pays 50% of those premiums as well. Anyone interested in additional insurance for themselves (up to $500K), their spouse (up to $100K), or their children (up to $10K) can elect those options as well, but those premiums are not subsidized by CSG. In addition, all employees and their dependents are enrolled in a free added benefit called the VisionAccess Saving Program, that offers an additional discount at participating providers as well as enrollment in the free LifeMart Employee Discounts, which offers deals on Travel, Entertainment, Wellness, Apparel and more. For more information, please contact Sarah Brazier, our Human Resources Manager at sarah.brazier@csg-isr.com. "HR is a joke and nearly non-existent" - I'm personally not aware of a group of harder working professionals than our HR department. With the aforementioned benefits package coupled with the persistent recruiting, the onboarding of new hires, and staying abreast of the changing labor landscape laws, I'm very proud of their efforts and performance. Currently, we have 85 full-time employees at CSG and should be over 100 by summer of 2017, so our HR department continues to grow in order to keep pace with our expansion. Our HR Manager proudly earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Managment and maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is more than qualified, as is the HR staff, to run our HR operations and we are a lucky company to have them. "Poor communication to employees" - We currently have 85 full-time employees working on 4 continents, and several cities here in the US, many working shift work, with some even being rotational. This makes communication across the entire company a challenge and one that will continually evolve along with technological advances. Since last year, we have implemented WorkPlace by Facebook for company-wide communications, and as the name suggests, it operates like Facebook. This has allowed us to connect our whole organization with familiar tools, helping everyone in our business turn ideas into action, get information out to a broader audience in a much quicker way, and allows two-way instantaneous feedback. We will continue to grow the size of CSG and will continue to adapt with our company communications. "Company is about numbers and not retainability" - This statement doesn't take in the reality of operating a successful company, especially one that has made the list of Inc 5000 Fastest Growing companies for 2015 and 2016. It takes a tremendous amount of labor and resources to find the right type of person that will fit with CSG's culture, work ethic, and dependability. To simply expend those limited resources in order to hire someone and then not care if they are happy, engaged, and challenged defies the basic principles of operating a business providing professional services to the Department of Defense, commercial enterprises, and non-profit organizations. We absolutely care about each and every member of the CSG team; we would be ecstatic if everyone stayed with CSG forever; and I believe our success and steady growth are proof that we are not a revolving door and we care very much about teammate retention. "Poor management" - We are a small business and as such, we all have access to anyone in management, to include the CEO. All management has an open door for anyone; all managers are accessible via phone, email, and WorkPlace; and we put a lot of effort into our organizational operations as noted in the previous paragraphs. CSG is our people and without qualified, dependable teammates all working toward common goals, we would not be a successful company. All management welcomes feedback, criticism, and new ideas and I'm sorry this former employee didn't utilize all the resources available to them, come talk to management, and raise their concerns while they worked here. Thank you for taking the time to read this. With the feedback on culture, benefits, and work life, as well as the great work we’re doing for customers around the globe, we’re confident that in 2017 CSG is the right place to call home. Please reach out to me directly at jason.link@csg-isr.com for any additional comments, clarifications, or questions.
