Pros

Pick your schedule: you can work any day you want as many hours you want.

Cons

I had worked with the company for over a year, things continued to back slide. I started with this company with the understanding that I would have consistent hours and a consistent schedule. I had gone above and beyond every single day, according to numerous supervisors. I would voluntarily pick up shifts. I would be the first to volunteer for any shift that needed to be covered. I went out of my way regularly to make my supervisors lives easier. I have never been treated so poorly. Below is a list of reasons I left. Alternating moods: one day I would be the best employee ever, the next day from the same supervisor I would be the worst ever. Non-transparency: a supervisor would tell me to do something, I would get a write up for doing as I was told. Lack of tools and equipment: I ran out of supplies regularly and would be called into the office if I just took what I needed from the wharehouse. Unprofessionalism: a supervisor quit, their replacement did not like me and did not reach out with my team for over 2 weeks. Hypocrisy: I would be told if I wanted to be a team lead then I needed to act like a team lead. If I started to do anything that team leads were supposed to do I would be pulled into the office. Lack of communication: there was a lot of gossiping but no real information pertaining to the job. Extortion: if I wanted to be a team leader I had to pick up shifts/ cover every shift asked of me. I was not allowed to take time off when a relative died, I was called in the next day and written up when I had to leave half way through my shift. Blackmail: not only was a story fabricated, I was written up and threatened with termination because my supervisors were angry that I had said that I would leave if I did not start getting things I was promised Inconsistent schedule/hours. I enjoyed my work, but I could not allow my mental health to deteriorate for pay. I am taking care of myself and had to leave the company behind.

Cons

few people in the core team enjoy blame game and try to escape from their own stupidity. If you don't want to work and enjoy gossip and blame games, CSM is the best place for you.
