CSR is a family-owned business. The culture here is very friendly and inclusive. The most positive thing that stands out for me is that everyone here is willing to help each other out. There is ongoing training and it is refreshing to watch agents helping other agents be the best they can be. CSR and its agents also generously support the community and children in the community through the wonderful CSR Cares Foundation and through community events such as the annual Car Show and the annual Pumpkin Patch.

Upbeat, fun and motivating ownership group. An amazing culture that encourages success through accountability. This company doesn't have the luxury of growing it's brand by acquiring other organizations. They do it organically by attracting the most ethical, hardworking and competent agents in the business.
