    Pros

Schedules, work from home, equipment and internet provided.

    Cons

Management keeps doing silent layoffs with no rhyme or reason to it. They should know to keep their good employees instead of outsourcing departments

    Pros

None that I can say as this company treats their employees like numbers and not human beings

    Cons

The company cares more about the numbers than they do the employees. Morale is horrible and the micro-management is getting out of control. No travel perks as the managers use them all up. Insurance premiums are very high and the insurance is horrible. They keep buying these cheap applications that never work and slow you down but still expect you to perform . New employees that are seasoned and experienced never stay cause of the horrible work environment. Your lucky if you get a 15 cent raise every year being a top performer. They keep laying people off and expect the people they keep to do double the work and not pay them for it. Forget getting days off. You have to call in sick to take time off because they won't allow people to have the time. If you work from home the lack of communication is horrible.

Archaic, micro-managed, low wages, unrealistic expectations, daily technical issues, too many apps, too many interruptions, too many managers, very low pay, no respect or trust, call center philosophy.
