      Pros

      Knowledgeable colleagues to work with

      Cons

The higherup CEO and his vice precedents are a joke. Layers and layers of management over each other. EDA's mission should be simple. Provide stable and fast simulation and debugging tools, covering all the features of standards. The basic needs in high quality. Go talk to your customers, the engineers and the lead engineers not CEOs as yourselves, and see what they require from tool and what they're complaining about. Your customers are really coping with the crappy quality of tools and one day (I hope!) this will fall apart. And then would be too late for you to try to fix the issue with yet another bandage
