Pros
Great people to work with, company ethos is great they want to provide a good advice to clients and so. Working for this company is however a waste for anyone with a brain as you will not be allowed to use your initiative or make decisions.
Cons
Stuck in the ice age, poor information. systems in some areas of the Company, no trust in very capable staff by directors, real shame.
