      Excellent workplace culture where staff make a real difference in the lives of marginalized individuals

      Pros

      This agency has an excellent workplace culture where diversity and inclusion are highly valued and the client is always top of mind. Staff and clients are always smiling, friendly and engaging. The pay is not necessarily competitive with some parts of the corporate world but the work is much more rewarding than you will find in most organizations and it's very stable. There are many employees who have been with the agency in excess of 15 years. The pay is competitive with other organizations like it.
