    There are no pros to working here, they have simply lost their way and cannot look after people any more

    Cons

    Just don't care about their people

    Advice to Management

    Start thinking long term. Get the sale to TU out of the way then focus on rebuilding colleague relationships!

    Senior Managers don’t care about teams
    Lots of change and no direction

    Listen to your teams. You employ good people, they have good ideas

    Nice office location
    Free hot drinks

    Cons

    Very corporate environment
    Quarterly roadshows have the CEO tell you all how well you’re doing while in the 4 years I worked here I got a bonus once and and a few 2% pay rises.

    Senior management often come across very disingenuous that also come and go more often than grads

    Advice to Management

    Reward staff, if there isn’t money for bonuses etc then fine but at least allow managers to expense the odd meal for teams to boost moral, hardly a drop in the ocean for the top line

    -Opportunities to learn new skills
    -Clever people

    -Terrible leadership
    -Rife favouritism
    -Bad pay/benefits compared to others
    -Generally don't care about staff

    I could go on but it's not worth it!

    Advice to Management

    Stop getting rid of talent whilst allowing the senior manager's friends to stay.

    - Poor leadership, support not provided for new or existing staff
    - A lot of office politics
    - Processes and structures not always known or set in stone, though expecting to be learnt without training

    Cons

    . Overstretched sales targets have meant that no-one has been given their bonus this year. I have been told that the same is true for the past few years also. You will not be rewarded for your extra work.
    . Low morale.
    . Too much emphasis on sales teams.
