Pros

Product is interesting and has good buzz in the market. Company has/had some talented engineers

Cons

They expanded their business hugely in 2020 -21 and did alot of hiring but in 2022 Q2-Q3 the CEO started FIRING some excellent employees randomly. No proper reasoning, no proper communications was done around company roadmap or firing and now everyone is living in dilemma. Honestly, I wanted to give 0 star but thats not the option in glassdoor

Pros

Just as everyone has said, their product is amazing, however its actually only amazing when they describe it to you. Does it work? Ask their customers. No! Do customers need it? No! So where are the PROS? The company is damn good at selling itself, great graphics, great story and in some cases fantastic salaries. Thats where it ends.

Cons

Never in my life have i come across such a deep sense of insecurity amongst an organisation selling nothing but lies only ending up on the shoulders of an extremely skilled tech team. Stay as much away from the hype behind the product and ask to look deeper into culture ( that doesnt mean the free lunch or boozy thursdays ).

Pros

the office is very nice... and very empty.

Cons

Total lack of vision. Roadmaps are a joke. You feel you are making fun of your clients, they make you feel bad about your work. chaos, chaos, chaos. A lot of talented people are obviously leaving now. Morale is very low. CEO believes he understands what is going on but he makes the situation worse and worse. The product would be good, but it doesn't really work as expected.
