It is a job, you can say you are employed... Flexible working hours? People usually get fooled by its Association with the University of Cambridge
Cons
Low ethics, poor management, very bureaucratic, a lot of old elephants, no career progression opportunities, nepotism and favouritism in promotion, unprofessional HR department with no power, work to death!

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Cambridge Assessment for less than a year
Pros
Wonderful virtual teamwork amongst the bosses and colleagues, despite the fact that many of them are located all over the world in different timezones. One of the most established heritage brands in education, yet very progressive in adopting new technologies and channels.
Cons
If you are a curriculum / programme developer, you are probably better off in the head office in the UK for career progression rather than in a satellite office.
