      Friendly place, great building, good business ethics, leader in its sector, work-life balance, flexible working, pilates and other wellness classes on site

      benefits including 28 days hols and paid overtime at weekends - double pay sundays.

      Cons

      bad management decisions, no support, senior management would not even speak to you, overworked with no work life balance (even though they promote this) i was offered no performance objectives and no career progression. weird culture - nobody talks to people everyone just skypes....

      Friendly team, good manager, allowed to work independently. Good work life balance and fair pay packet.

      There is little career progression, most of the members of the team had been in the same role for a matter of years.
