I have been working at Camelot Technology Corporation full-time for less than a year

For any engineer who wants to start up somewhere (low experience), as long as you have decent English speaking abilities - this is a Taiwan Taipei located office - they would hire you and assign you to support IBM as a vendor - usually. Stable job with normal working hours. Flexible working hours but when it gets busy you work without over time pay, otherwise you work in a pretty decent office with nice facilities at NANGANG (if you are sent to IBM). For new comers to the IT industry, I recommend them, but for more experienced ones...maybe not.

Low pay and not negotiable, since you are out as a vendor, IBM pays them and whatever trickles down to you is what you get, usually its is between 30%~40% of what IBM gives them. Nature of the industry, nothing unethical here, but they won't hesitate to suppress your pay, so if you think you are good for it, ask for more or leave for better opportunities, again, nature of your industry no need to feel unethical on your side either.
