Horrible dishonest rude management. There are no policies, structures or procedures. They barely train their new employees and expect you to know everything right away - mistakes are not allowed, and if you do make a mistake you will be let go. High levels of micromanaging. Management attempts to instill a fear in their employees by constantly stating they can see everything you click and all the work you are doing every single day. A lot of gossiping within the team and talking down on one another. The company has no goal they're achieving - they don't know what they are working towards. Very high turnover and they let go of people with no valid reason. Horrible place to work at. There is no growth at all, avoid at all costs!
