      Pros

      the only pro here is the group of people who work in this department

      Cons

      is the work load they put on you for the MONEY they pay is not worth it all the driving you have to do .you could have 3 jobs a day anywhere in the lower mainland but in the interview they tell you that you will be kept close to were you live and there will be room to grow within the company and for your pay to go up all lies they really don't care if you stay or leave they will just get another chimp to work till they get sick of been payed peanuts and work oncall for 7 days and don't get payed for it unless you get a call but that's ok we can put ours lives on hold for you

      Field Staff and Supervisor were great, company itself was underhanded and cheap

      Pros

      Co-workers in the field were great, decent amount of support and they were never afraid to help and teach when I needed it. Supervisor was great and did everything he could to help when I had first started.

      Cons

      Company would routinely hire when workflow was busy, lay people off when it got slow, rinse and repeat. I got injured a month before my probation was up and they added another two months to my probation. Fast forward to a week before my probation was supposed to be up and I was permanently laid off before any of my benefits kicked in.

      Pros

      Good starting point but I wouldn’t stay long term.

      Cons

      Would let you go without notice. They will take your meeting saying it’s for something else but really it was with HR. That’s poor ethics. It would have been better if you just advised it’s a meeting with HR so people can mentally prepare for the worse and not blind sided. It’s also known they under pay from the rest of the competitions.
