    I worked at Capco Energy

    Pros

Provided good basic training to Capital Markets and compared to other companies appears to be semi-organized in their business. Has a decent foothold in the London City area and in other major financial Capitals Worldwide. Has good pension plan, gym, health benefits and organized team outings. Fairly good middle management.

    Cons

Training is limited to the basics. Projects are relatively limited, thus employee exposure may also be limited. Advice to Management

Listen to what employees want. They have more chances of staying if their career paths progress in parallel with what the company has to offer. Take advantage of current talent pool and promote them. Too many people at the top with tunnel vision. Show some respect for your employees.

I have been working at Capco Energy

    Pros
