I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good place for junior talent to develop with the apprentice and graduate programmes. Merit is rewarded. Probably not the most generous in terms of salary.

    Cons

job security is a bit of an issue in terms of the nature of the business. Every few years the contract you are working on goes up for re-tender and there is often a risk of work going off-shore

    Advice to Management

Foster more of a 'In it together' atmosphere and make everyone feel part of a team with a common purpose.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Capgemini full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Nice office location in Holborn, London

    Cons

    - upcoming young staff are not given the opportunity to grow and develop into senior positions.
    - too many staff members (elderly) coasting in their roles whilst young staff members are not given the recognition and opportunities.
    - too much focus on filling roles on the project and very little focus on generating new ideas/clients or new solutions.
    - very little is done to refine repetitive processes, every project starts from scratch with very little structure or control.
    - very few technical experts at architecture level who drive projects hands on.
