    Pros

While there is a strong focus on saleable skills, there is an equal focus on work/life balance. Interesting clients, good relationships with both peers and bosses.

    Cons

Quite a disjoint between the differing groups within Cap, which leads to overlaps, difficulty of knowledge transfer and redundant roles.

    Advice to Management

Keep on listening to your employees and try to bring the differing towers together.

    Pros

around average market par rates. however you have to offset this against the volume of hours you will put in which pulls your hourly rate down. they have a training university which is good but don't expect to attend as most training is online to be done in your own time. average office spaces.

    Cons

terrible top tier management. only focussed on billable time. no consideration for needs of parents but specifically fathers. underhand in everything they do. no training generally, learn if you can in your own time. expect pressure to do lots of free hours and burn travelling time. if your managing, expect to have mostly onshored and inexperienced cheap staff working for you.

    Advice to Management

get a life, start being honest. put yourself in others shoes. have some integrity. grow some balls.

    Pros

Good reputation and well known so good for the CV.
Good vocational training and information, almost too much.
Laptop provided not really up to the job.

    Cons

    Bureaucratic.
Lack of team contact, particularly if you are away from base on projects all the time. I have been here over three years and still not met my whole team. Some people have joined and left without meeting.
