I have been working at Capita Insurance Services full-time

    Pros

Good technical knowledge in the office. Staff have wealth of experience to learn from. Staff are friendly and approachable at most levels.

    Cons

Office politics particularly between technical staff and management.
    No progression opportunities.
No personal development, expect to do the same day in day out.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the technical staff more they have a wealth of experience in the claims market which should count.
Encourage progession and variety in workload for staff eager to add skills.
