Management is pathetic The so called Risk Manager doesn't have an iota of knowledge regarding market risk.They are plain stupid. HR policies are basically non-existent. No job security or experience letter.

MBA freshers are trapped in the pretext of earning huge profits as incentives. In reality, they are totally in cooperative, don't even give leaves for exams, expects their trainees (freshers) to make miracles and earn huge profits within 6 months and if the trainees are unable to do so, they are terminated ruthlessly. They don't even give any experience letters for the time we spent in the organization. This is totally a waste of time to work in capstone. Only girls and boys from rich families can afford working here, because for these 6 months they give a stipend of 3000 rupees, you are asked to work in fixed night shift always and there is no guarantee of getting permanent job after 6 months. Mostly they terminate trainees because they don't want to pay fixed salary after the trainees complete 6 months. Pathetic pick up drop service. Non co operative management. How can we cover the gap of 6 months if company doesn't give any offer letter or experience letter? They play with our careers.
