The past few months have seen significant and promising change, with a new CEO who worked with the leadership team to craft an ambitious vision (which included product/strategy pivot), as well as more rigor in how the company approaches long-term planning, budgeting, and organizational health. Strong team of smart individuals from varied backgrounds who are passionate about delivering true innovation to the healthcare space.
Cons
As with many small and growing startups, we're still learning to find our way at times, and still figuring out the exact role we want to play in the market. Limited resources means that disciplined prioritization is important, and the company can do better at that.
