Pros
Overall good company to work for, especially as a first step out of university. You get thrown in the deep end from the start, so is very sink or swim, but you learn a lot through this approach. -Mix of office and site work -Interesting projects -Nice offices and team members
Cons
You are expected to work long, hard days out on site while being paid under the average wage. Slightly depressing when drilling contractors are being paid for every hour, while you cap out at say 10 hours even if you work up 14 hours daily. -Lots of unpaid overtime hours -Very busy and you get shipped out for months on end on site. -Long and convoluted expenses procedure

Best interview in my experience, some good GI training at time.
Cons
Experience extremely adversely affected by the behaviour of the regional director, in Harrogate. Speaking to many people that have worked within CGL it seems to be a recurring theme.
