I find it hilarious that within 6 months this companies ratings have gone from 2 stars to 3.2 stars. They finally got the message that nobody wants to work here so they had to write a bunch of fake reviews to jack the ratings up. When you read “l love care one” or “best place to work” it’s almost comical. This place is a horrible place to work! The company rules by threats and intimidation! Someone needs to be a whistle blower and let it be known about all the fraud and unethical treatment of residents that goes on at this place. I have witnessed it first hand. Upper management forces therapists to keep patients in the facility much longer than they need to be there. It’s all about the all mighty dollar at CareOne! Therapists are threatened and bullied during snow storms to come in to RUG levels can be made. They want you to drive in a blizzard so they don’t lose a few dollars, they could care less if you crash your car and kill yourself or someone else. Don’t work here or EVER send a love one to this place. This place is also completely disorganized and things are always changing and upper management is always quitting or getting fired.

It is a truly brutal work environment The company cares none at all about employees People come and go a revolving door most for no good reason about every year they fire huge numbers of employees everyone cant be a problem. There is no work life balance and I mean none the expectations are inhumane. Company is run by a tyrant verbally abusive on census calls humiliates staff truly a bully. There is a small inner circle and they behave like mean girls at the lunch table. They dont care about residents either it is truly all about making money. If you have medicare benefit days youre in whether they have the capabilities to care for you or not. Although the pay is decent in the end it is just not worth it Honestly working there gives you post traumatic stress and Im no lightweight I wish I had never ever associated with this company
