Management clueless,focussing efforts in justifying their own positions, which has made the customer base very pessimistic and in trying to save money, have become very punitive relative to the 'benefits package' and do not appear to have any concept of work life balance. Too many closet accountants running service organisation by statistics which is contrary to any service offerings.

Pros

They had a fantastic benefits package and I could never complain about the income I was paid. The executive leadership team is very smart and know what they are doing. The upper level managers and directors are great. They care for their employees work/life balance and I valued my direct leader immensely.

Currently undergoing layoffs due to profitability and ensuring financial stability.

Lack of strategic focus, no obvious competitive advantage versus the domestic and international players. Innovation capability isn't very strong, no big moves for M&A. Top heavy and lack of mobility.
