Safety standards aren't upheld; staff in encouraged to lie about safety of vehicles, staff support like lifting braces for backs are not provided, staff constantly asked to lift items marked forklift or 2-person lift on their own. Often drivers aren't provided with a helper as required. Management tries to change wages. Posted wage, isn't what is in the offer letter and staff is told it is just a form issue.
The form has the wrong pay listed, which is $2 -$3 lower than the agreed wage but staff is expected to sign and it will be fixed in payroll. Guess what it isn't. Then you have to battle with payroll and hr, but they have your signature at the lower wage. Definitely a buyer be ware situation. Management doesn't have their employee's back.
