      Nice employers who designate shifts Will organise shifts around your personal life

      Cons

      Shifts as a carer very sad. Not trained enough and not told enough about the people you're caring for. Paired with other employees who obviously didn't care about the people they were looking after.

      Caring Services is fun and friendly. Well, the people on the phone are. I love the shifts and range of places I work at.

      I have seen lazy and unprofessional work carried out by staff. Work is not regular.
