    Pros

Company offers a lot of flexibility, management will generally listen to your career goals and try to implement them in your activities. Friendly staff and management.

    Cons

Always budget issues even though business is growing fast, unclear career path, financial targets are more important than employees.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent when talking about career path, improve your focus on people rather than profit.

I have been working at Carlson Wagonlit Travel full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    - A loyal staff force who want the company to succeed - the brand is well known in the industry

    Cons

    - very poor at communicating any sort of messaging both company wide and departmental - senior management very good at hiding from difficult decisions until it is too late - no clear strategy just looking at cost cutting to make budgets

    Advice to Management

    - communicate with the business and stop the blame culture. Stand up for what you see is important rather than hide all the time
