Sometimes hours very long and away from family for long periods.

A large growing organisation that offer good opportunities for progress at the lower and mid career levels, if you can find the right role to display your abilities.

Slow to change and quite risk adverse.
Inflated expectations from senior management. Investment in employees can be hit and miss
Numerous restructuring has led to high turn over in some areas
Advice to Management
Ensure that management expectations are achievable. Look at why there's been high staff turnover in some areas and address the root causes.

Slow progression, even when promoted on paper can take years for a position
Poor pay compared to other companies
Advice to Management
Alot more attention needs to be paid to the ship board employees, promotion from inside the company rather than cheap external hires.

Descent salary, especially with some time on the company,working conditions are adequate, learning possibilities exist,and there are great traveling experience , traveling around the world
Cons
Bonuses could be put in place, especially for experienced stuff, which spent a lot of time on the company, vacation time could be longer

Interesting management decisions, regularly told you are both irreplaceable and easy replaced, having to deal with an inept US office

Too Many directors and vice presidents all competing with each other and trying to be top dog.
Advice to Management
Need to invest lower down the line instead of creating more directors and vice presidents to sit in meeting rooms all day recreating the wheel.

Great career opportunities, possible promotions, learning new things (a lot of new equipment, always new projects).
Cons
Separate life from family or friends. Sometimes long contracts, always different people to work with.

Hopefully even better conditions for crew in future.

Okay product, however not sure as company should have gone out of way to have teams experience it!

Most employees are actively working against the company because they don't feel activiely involved in the business. A hierarchical and borderline bullying culture prevails.
