      Overworked and Underpaid

      Pros

      You will learn how to work on your own. You will learn what not to do in your next job.

      Cons

      Women are insecure and no team environment. The new people they hire are not qualified. It’s a place where people who can’t find work elsewhere - end up. The only people left at the company are really not able to find a job any where else because they are not qualified.

      Good PTO days and sick time, birthday cake monthly, Open office spacious

      Cons

      The atmosphere and relationships between people are awkward and distant in Deconic, the parent company Carolee belongs to. No collaboration and please be ready working with someone who has no industry background. No work and life balance. Be prepared to be thrown under the bus just because your supervisor is not in a good mood. People are all leaving because it is damaging our mental heath to work with narcissistic team member.
