Pros
Great employees work here. A lot of great people. It's a job.
Cons
There is really no structure here. The "rules" change on a daily basis, no consistency. Makes it confusing, and frustrating, for people to do their jobs at the best of their ability. No health insurance or other incentives until after 1 year for certain employees. Family owned business which gets crazier when outside family members come in and change everything all together. No value of hard working employees, just how much you can make for their business.
