Pros
I've been working at Carrot now for 6 months and I can really say it's not like other recruitment companies. The company very much try to work differently here, it's a very tight-knit group, and the managers and directors are highly supportive. It feels much more like a family than a working environment, and there's no crazy KPIs which allows you to settle in, take guidance, and follow the process without feeling harassed by a feeling of unnecessary metrics which you need to achieve. The company instead works on an agreement of trust and autonomy, and you get quite a wide degree of flexibility with both the WFH/office working arrangement. I would recommend Carrot to anyone who is looking to thrive within the recruiting sphere in a warm and friendly environment.

Pros
Great work-life balance - especially for recruitment. Monthly and quarterly events. Great bunch of people - honestly made long-lasting friends here.

Pros
I've worked at Carrot now for 2 yrs and 6 months and it's been quite an experience. I had a shaky start being new to recruitment but quickly found my feet with the support provided by managers and colleagues. I don't think you will find many recruitment agencies out there with an environment liek Carrot. Albeit Covid permitting but the office environment was great with lots of like minded individuals who are really easy to get on with and chill out with even when there sulking after you just beat them in a bit of friendly activity competition. Along with that there are constant rewards for success both individual and as a team. You will be rewarded for hard work here. I'm only moving on from Carrot pursuing a career in a different sector but the training at Carrot has really given me great foundations. I can honestly say I'm really enjoyed my time at Carrot and made some really good friends along the way. At the end of the day this is a Google review and not an essay and I could be here all day talking about things that makes Carrot #Distinctlydifferent. I couldn't recommend this place more either for someone new to recruitment who is looking for somewhere to ease them in as oppose to the sink or swim outlook of some other agencies or someone with lads of experience. From a candidate point of view I know for a fact if I'm looking again in the future and want to get into Pharma, Carrot is the first place I will call as you get Consultants who genuinely care and out time and effort in your application throughout the process. Thanks for everything Carrot Recruitment!
