There’s an increment and a bonus every year if you don’t get the warning letter. But if you have experienced working in another company bonus here is just average.

Cons

No work-life balance. No OT paid for the executive. You need to bring your work and work at home. Nobody cares if you're on leave or mc they expect you to provide feedback 24 hours. If you are weak you will be an easy target.
