Pros

Everyone’s been so welcoming and genuinely wants you to succeed. The company has big goals (which I see as a pro because i’m motivated by challenging work). Even with that ambition, the culture feels really relaxed and down-to-earth. The people are great and it’s just an awesome environment to be in.

Cons

Although I’m relatively new, I have not spotted any red flags thus far.
