Can't describe here, list is quite huge !! Overall a toxic and torturing environment to work with. Better to be jobless than to join this firm. Less hire, more fire. Impatient people.

Management comprises of CEO, CTO, and director and unfortunately, all the three are one person. Monarchy system Management lacking technical expertise Management is emotionally driven when it comes to decision making. No/Few mantainence projects No senior member in the team (the senior most person is having max 2 years of experience) No health insurance for employees Management abuses the employee on personal grounds Management lacks time and task management skills Hire and fire policy Company is working on obsolete tech stacks Use of abusive languages by the management Flat hierarchy, no managers or team leads (some were hired and fortunately they left the firm within 1 month) Management makes sure that your life is miserable even after leaving the company, they decline the background verifications. Management keeps an eye on employees personal life and social media. Lack of trust within team members and a toxic environment created Seniors are emphasized not to help juniors and make their life terrible. Seniors are advised not to party/hang out with juniors. After an employee leaves the company, he/she is claimed as stupid and worthless by management. Management fires employees for unusual reasons, One employee got fired for having late breakfast, others got fired due to slow typing speed.
