      Flexible working and limited emphasis on performance

      Cons

      There is a lot of bullying from senior management, largely tolerated by HR and executives. The culture is toxic, with some heads of showing unprofessional behaviour, conflict of interest, and undermining other business areas to expand their portfolio. Dissenting voices swiftly disappear, as they are dismissed or forced to resign.

      work life balance is good and some of the people are good

      Cons

      Highly political where nepotism and friendships = successful/safe career. Senior management are focused on their career and exhibit bullying behaviours which are not addressed by HR and go against the corporate values which shows that the values are just words. Culture is like a cult where failure is sold as success where arrogance quashes any form of feedback.

      good compensation, flexible work options, and the union will fight for the benefits of the employees.

      Cons

      toxic culture with a lot of people paid well to do absolutely nothing. a great place to retire and put your retirement funds. senior managers focused on managing up rather than having the team deliver anything.
