      Pros

      Great folks, really care and strive to do the right thing. Take care of their folks too, even in downturns or if health issues.

      Cons

      It's crazy that one wahoo can leave such a bad review, whereas folks that are happy here don't need to brag.. just like social media!

      They work pretty hard to keep their folks happy. Not surprised if a prior job hopper left a bad review.. and good folks don't feel the need to brag.

      It's not a huge business, so you're more in touch with the economy (some folks like that)

      Pros

      It took about 4 months before I realized Cech wasn’t the place for me. It’s nothing against them personally. I just couldn’t see myself doing this as a career. Throughout my short tenure I learned a lot and was treated with respect. The work was sufficiently difficult but never overbearing. It was a positive experience all told.
