Small company that doesn't treat employees with respect

Pros
The lab staff is great. Scientists and Lab Techs are friendly and great to work with.
Cons
Management is awful. No communication is given regarding individual expectations or even simply orientation to the company. You are immediately passed off to coworkers for all training and education, and your superior is all but absent. You will be judged on criteria that are never communicated to you with expectations that go beyond possible. If you aren't a superstar contributor within a month you will be immediately fired without any warning. Management doesn't know how to properly manage personnel, and will blame everyone but themselves for bad decisions, all while stringing loyal employees along. Very Draconian organization. I walked away from stable employment just to be gaslit by this place.
