Pros
During 15 years of working at CeleriTech I have been able to balance my work and personal life beautifully. I've grown in the company while being a mom present in raising my kids. Having a humane, understanding boss who always has something new to teach, committed colleagues, collaborators and good human beings, and a growing company that brings new professional challenges every day, have made this work experience more than satisfactory for me.
Cons
Although being working from home has been what allows me to balance personal and work and the contact with colleagues online is permanent, sometimes personal contact is needed.
