    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Cell Signaling Technology full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Healthcare is the only thing going for it

    Cons

Management only promotes favorites and those who party with them after hours. Career is based on popularity and not knowledge or work ethic. HR is a joke, they blame everyone but the managers and turn things against the employee. You are penalized for reporting incidents. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to work here.

I worked at Cell Signaling Technology full-time

    Pros

Health insurance, vacations, and work from home policy

    Cons

The worst possible upper management; lacks vision and strategy; a lot of favoritism, bias, and nepotism making it hard for people to move up and get promotions; HR is seriously useless and a joke; a total time waste for anyone ambitious and wanting to grow

I worked at Cell Signaling Technology full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Excellent Benefits Community Service Opportunities There are still some great employees there

    Cons

Very sad to see what the company has become over the past few years. What was once such a great place to work has become a place full of finger pointing, backstabbing and bullying, mostly directed by management. The HR Department is a bigger joke than the company itself. Don't waste your time going to HR with any issues, most of the time they are part of the problem. I keep hoping something will change in time before all of your long term employees leave.

I worked at Cell Signaling Technology full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Outstanding Benefits Package More or less competitive pay Convenient location Somewhat Interesting work.

    Cons

It was painful and heartbreaking to see what CST turned into during the last 7 years me being there. Once a fantastic and amazing place to work quickly turned into a nightmare all because of wrong and unqualified people were brought into "power". An entire management layer has been stuffed from director's "favorite puppets" and most of the time it's individuals without necessary people's skills, past experience or adequate training to become a manager. To justify their existence and to raise their ego they micro-managing, bullying and harassing their subordinates. When evidence of bullying brought to the attention of the Human Resources, HR always defendants manager's side and the behavior is tolerated as nothing out of the ordinary. Everyone talks "garbage" behind everyone's back and unfortunately, it becomes part of the "new" CST culture.
