      Remote work, great leadership. The solution we build helps a lot of elderly population.

      The pay is below industry standard. The technology is not modern in the application i was working at.

      - the folks at CellTrak are great to work with, down to earth, and a lot of heart! - open, supportive, collaborative environment, small company feel - benefits are good - flexible, unlimited PTO, 401k matching - the work is interesting, and there are some newer initiatives and tech stacks in addition to the legacy tech

      Cons

      - the legacy stack has some cruft and debt that is too deeply ingrained - there may be some uncertainty about future direction after the acquisition
