Pros

I’ve been with the company for just over 6 years. In that time I’ve been given so many opportunities to grow. The owners have welcomed my hopes to grow within the field and have guided and mentored me throughout the process. I started as an RBT, gone through the internship program, become a BCBA and recently moved into a clinic manager position. I’ve worked elsewhere and have not seen an organization where the staff and the learners are consistently learning and improving. It has been a really exciting experience thus far and I plan to stay with the company long term.

Cons

Like any growing company, we have experienced highs and lows and growing pains, but through the changes, the team and the families really care about each other and have gotten through the growing pains together to constantly be improving.

I'm so sorry to hear that you feel this way. We implemented Risk Mitigation Procedures at all of our clinics and a large part of that was to reduce the number of people at each clinic especially those who didn't necessarily need to be there and could work from home. This was to ensure the safety of our staff and kids. All of our new hire staff goes through 2 to 3 weeks of training before being asked to start in their role. This includes both classroom type training and an applied training.

Pros

None! This place is awful!

Cons

Very scary place to work! Unethical, dangerous physically and verbally! Our manager is inexperienced, unorganized and extremely fake! She doesn’t follow any policies. Her and the owner are close of friends and it causes issues in the workplace. She told multiple staff members she wanted to run me over with her car. Then called for me to stand in front of her car and told multiple coworkers how all RBT were replaceable. If I was to get run over I could be replaced. Then went back to the corporate office and bragged about wanting to run me over.
