Pros
Good colleagues focussed on quality work. Safety culture.
Cons
Autocratic senior management, no empathy and little concern for employees beyond basic safety. An already shrinking workforce will get smaller as more staff are made redundant. It's not surprising that the last engagement survey results were not circulated within the company.

Pros
Smalll company gives people the exposure to top level management and wide spectrum of business functions. Great place to learn about the commercial aspects of gas storage and risk management. Access to Centrica group HR/benefits and potential job opportunities
Cons
Senior management unable to make decisions, limited trading knowledge and experience. Storage business struggling to make money with spreads as they are in 2016 and ageing asset provides great level of uncertainty.
