Used to be a great place to work however over the last 5 yrs has been a downward spiral of cost cutting, constant reorganisation, politics and poor strategy. This environment has led to people being treated as numbers on a balance sheet and behaving accordingly.

Its too big. you cannot make anything happen or make changes successful. the hierarchy is unbearable sometimes - if there is a problem, its a real battle getting in frontq of the right people - the people in front of them don't want to listen and hear the bad news.
