    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Centrica full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good pay and Good benefits

    Cons

Not a good place to work, very demoralizing. Unnecessarily stressful and pressure with zero mentor ship, demeaning and worked with a micro manager displaying low self esteem in finance department. Although employees are encouraged to speak up about bullying its allowed to continue, so sad in today’s world. They need to move with the times and not only restructure the company but also to educate managers on how to lead and treat colleagues and third party contributor effectively. Fear diversity

I have been working at Centrica full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Pension & life in service cover, buildings are kept clean.

    Cons

The fascination over your "level", line management upskilled from engineering posts with no management skills, only concerned with legal compliance rather than being an industry leader, share price has dropped 300% yet CEO given 44% pay increase! Restructures every 2yrs when you have to reapply for your role.
