Very flexible, good technology to allow home working Great people Nice offices Excellent benefit package
Cons
Recent restructuring and budget cuts means they have lost amazing talent and people left behind are frustrated and battered by senior management stasis and constant budget pressure. Along with pay negotiations morale is very low. Career progression and development isn't great anymore.

There are some very smart and very competent people working here. There is huge potential for improvement and there are a lot of people really trying to make a difference

Senior management do not listen and are extremely arrogant. Extreme pressure is put on staff for results but little or no support is given.
