Pros
1- Nice colleagues, at least most of them.
Cons
1- Worst management you could ever encounter; no clear vision, they always try to sell the idea of being dynamic, yet every couple of month they will restructure the whole company and you'll find yourself laid-off with no valid reasons and without any type of compensation. 2- Fake core values, the management itself doesn't stick to their values. 3- Family business; The CEO himself treat the employees based on personal preferences despite any KPIs or being a hard worker, simply if he didn't like you; you're fired. 4- False promises. 5- No flexibility for working hours and micro management at its worst.
